  • And that’s a wrap on our Thanksgiving efforts. In the days leading up to the holiday, we worked across Kansas City to ensure families and students had access to the food and essentials they needed before the break. This week, our teams: • Packed and distributed 330 Thanksgiving meal kits for local families • Supported a drive-thru food bank serving students ahead of the holiday • Delivered 600 winter essentials: coats, hats, and gloves Thank you to every volunteer, partner, and team member who gave their time and energy. Your commitment makes a real difference in the lives of children and families throughout our communities.

  • We are proud to support KCIA’s first-ever drive-through food giveaway, which distributed 50 bags of groceries to families in need in just a few minutes. Students helped assemble the bags, and teachers worked together to load groceries into each car as they arrived. It was simple, fast, and deeply meaningful for the families served. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help ensure our community has access to the food they need and to partner with organizations making a real difference.

  • Our St. Louis team recently partnered with the Roc Solid Foundation to pack Ready Bags for children facing pediatric cancer. They worked assembly-line style to prepare 96 bags filled with essentials and comfort items for families navigating a new diagnosis. The bags were delivered that same day, ensuring they reached children and families right when they were needed most. We’re grateful for our team’s commitment and for partners like the Roc Solid Foundation, who bring hope and support to families during some of their toughest moments.

  • Our Charlotte team partnered with Bags of Hope to pack 150 weekend food bags for students in two Cabarrus County schools. These bags provide reliable, nutritious support for children who may face food insecurity when school is not in session. Thank you to every volunteer who showed up and worked together to make this possible. Your time and commitment continue to make a meaningful difference for families across the greater Charlotte region.

Giving back is one way we build our communities. We had a great time at the NorthPoint Foundation Holiday Bike Drive & Casino Night in St. Louis! Peak’s Jeff Musielewicz PMP, John Reilly, LEED AP, Kyle Musika, and eric helton attended. We were proud Pedal Pusher sponsors, helping get bikes into the hands of kids this holiday season. 🎁 Thank you to the organizers, sponsors, and volunteers for putting on a memorable night for a great cause. If you’re able, consider supporting the effort—small actions add up to a big impact. #PeakConstruction #PeakGiving #StLouis #CommunityImpact #HolidayBikeDrive #BuildingExcellence

  • Our Cincinnati team spent the day volunteering with the Roc Solid Foundation to build a playhouse for a courageous five-year-old named Sophia. Sophia is currently battling neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer that develops in nerve tissue and most often affects children five and under. Her family shared that she is scheduled for tumor-removal surgery this week, making last week's build an especially meaningful moment of joy before a difficult stretch of treatment. In just two hours, our team assembled the playhouse and delivered it directly to Sophia’s home. Watching her light up when she saw it for the first time was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. We’re grateful to partner with organizations like the Roc Solid Foundation that bring moments of hope, play, and comfort to children facing unimaginable challenges.
