Seven of our Wind Turbine Service Technicians have returned from an intensive #international #training programme at the Nordex Academy in Turkey. The programme focused on equipping our teams with the skills to service the Delta 4000 platform, directly supporting our 631MW project pipeline and advancing our localisation goals. We’re proud to welcome our second cohort of wind power interns! As part of our commitment to youth employment and technical skills development, we have launched the next round of our national internship programme—following the 100% absorption of our inaugural group into permanent roles within the company. This 18-month programme equips young South African engineers with hands-on turbine experience, aligned to the country’s growing renewable energy needs. Interns are placed across our wind farms in the Eastern, Western, and Northern Cape, where they gain critical exposure to turbine systems, safety, logistics, and more. The teams came together to prepare and serve lunch, and donated essential groceries to help stock their pantry. #MandelaDay2025 Our Cape Town Head Office team spent Mandela Day supporting the Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women and Children and The Haven Night Shelter Welfare Organisation with grocery parcels and baby care essentials.
