They force you to step back from industry jargon and defend your model from first principles - a lesson we're already applying to our work in LegalTech. You guessed it….further networking. Absolutely wonderful, informative and a great learning experience. 💯 ⚡ Personally, I found it very instructive to observe the art of the tech hustle and 60 second pitch from these driven start-up founders… Imagine presenting your entire company, proposition and ask in 60 seconds…no slides or deck…just you, the mic, the timekeeper right in front of you, and the crowd jostling just an arm’s length away…Incredible! The art of “Painting a vivid visual with only words…” #saleshustle ++ 🎨 🖌️ Also loved the reverse pitch from Corp Leaders - Airbus and Altria who presented unique problems that they are inviting start-up leaders to solve in AI Met some incredibly cool companies and founders…like Patrick Murphy from Maket. Maket is GenAI for Architecture and Planning drawings. Say the word…and it will move through walls for you…literally! What an eventful evening at Llama Lounge San Francisco! Jeremiah Owyang kicked things off with an inspiring talk on community and the importance of building AI-first, AI-native products and his signature counch call — setting the perfect tone for the evening. We saw incredible presentations from startups across robotics, customer service, lead generation, restaurant tech, and more — each one showcasing how fast the AI ecosystem is evolving. The reverse corporate pitch was a standout addition. I had a great conversation with Cedric Cocaud from Airbus on the challenges of traceability in software development and the nuances of using AI for safety-critical tasks — and another engaging discussion with the team at PromptDriven.ai about on to minimize code patches using AI agents to for more resilient and self-healing systems.
