Did you know? India’s Female Labour Force Participation Rate has surged from 32.8% in 2022 to 37% in 2023? And the maternal mortality has dropped from 130 to 93, per lakh live births? These numbers tell a story of progress, but they also remind us that more needs to be done. Inderpreet Sawhney, Trustee, #InfosysFoundation, underscores the need to make education and healthcare accessible to marginalized women. Through the Women in Technology program, powered by Infosys Springboard, our flagship learning platform, we trained female graduates in technical and soft skills across 13 locations in India. The result? 6,000 women trained and 4,000 placed in diverse sectors. When PGIMER envisioned the 300-bed Advanced Mother and Child Centre (AMCC) Phase-1, we partnered to equip it with advanced technology. This center will nearly double PGIMER’s capacity, serving 25,000 high-risk mothers and newborns annually and saving 12,000 lives every year. PGIMER also provides free investigations for patients below the poverty line and free diagnostics and treatment for expectant mothers and children up to one year of age. Each initiative shares one goal: to help every woman write her own future, uplift her family, and unlock her next opportunity. #InfosysCSR | #MaternalCare | #WomenEmpowerment | #Healthcare

Together with Confluent and AWS, we are helping businesses build AI solutions that are faster, accurate, and deeply integrated with cloud ecosystems. #InfosysTopaz #DataStreaming #AWS #Confluent #DigitalTransformation SP Singh I Kapil Goel I Reetwick Ghosh I Bharat Varma I Ashok Kumar
At #AWSreInvent, we're excited to share how data streaming is becoming the foundation for enterprise-scale AI. In a recent conversation with Kamal Brar, SP Singh from Infosys shared how its AI-first platform, Topaz, is accelerating industry-focused generative AI solutions and why Confluent is a critical part of that strategy. Infosys highlighted that Confluent acts as the real-time data backbone for Topaz and Agent K solutions, delivering low-latency, context-rich, trustworthy data directly into AI models and decisioning engines. By providing always-on, reliable data movement across Amazon Web Services (AWS) and customer environments, Confluent powers the real-time intelligence layer their AI solutions depend on. As enterprises look to modernize on AWS and scale genAI, Confluent + Infosys demonstrate exactly what’s possible: AI outcomes improve when data is fresh, governed, and continuously streaming. Together, we’re helping customers build next-generation AI systems that are faster, more accurate, and deeply integrated with AWS. Meet us at re:Invent to see how Confluent, Infosys, and AWS are partnering to bring real-time AI to life.

In CADS@Teva, we decided that testing is where AI must prove itself in real life: ✅ huge regression suites ✅ complex end to end flows ✅ pressure to release faster without losing quality So we started building AI as a 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 in our Quality Engineering group, not just a cool pilot. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞? • Upskilled more than 50 testers, with over 25 going through intensive hands on practice • Focus on Generative AI, AI in test automation and practical prompt engineering • Used tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot and our existing stack (Selenium, API, mobile, etc.) on real testing scenarios • Combined 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐈 (design, data, automation) and 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (reliability, bias, performance) in one structured journey 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠? • Test case design starts from strong AI generated drafts, refined by domain experts • Automation engineers spend less time on code and more time on risk based thinking • Testers are becoming 𝐀𝐈 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, ready to support upcoming AI initiatives 🙏 Huge appreciation to Sagi Mendler for leading our CADS Quality Engineering group with such clarity and energy, and to our long standing partner Infosys for being a true co creator in this transformation. “Education creates knowledge, but employment creates dignity and purpose,” says Sumit Virmani, CMO of Infosys, in an interview with Moneycontrol on the sidelines of Infosys Foundation Aarohan Social Innovation Awards. He emphasizes that skilling must lead to real jobs—not just remain training for training’s sake, while also calling for tech-enabled pathways like job registries and skill-matching platforms that can bridge the gap between learning and earning.
