The ULI Arizona District Council was formed in the early 1980s, as a direct response to the need for educational forums and events at a local level. ULI Arizona has been a statewide convener for dialogue among industry leaders, providing an unbiased and non-partisan exchange of ideas relevant to Arizona communities. ULI Arizona boasts over 1,200 members and has one of the highest member participation rates of any ULI District Council.

Appreciated the chance to join ULI Arizona and Ten Across at Arizona State University this morning for their “It’s All Connected” program. The discussions were a great reminder of how interconnected our region truly is! In my first few months at the Arizona Industrial Development Authority - Arizona IDA, I’ve noticed just how closely housing, infrastructure, healthcare, and transportation rely on each other, which makes it even more critical that these sectors can access financing tools that keep new development achievable and affordable.
