  • 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 & 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗟𝗜 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗯 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇! Who knew real estate trivia could be this thrilling? Five spirited teams of real estate professionals came together for the very first ULI Real Estate Pub Quiz — turning an ordinary evening into an extraordinary battle of wits. This brilliant idea was born from the 𝗨𝗟𝗜 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, who not only came up with the concept of a Real Estate Pub Quiz but also spearheaded its execution. Their creativity and energy turned a simple idea into an unforgettable evening! A massive thank you to our fantastic Quiz Hosts — Szue Hann TAN, MBA, MArch and Joelle Chen — who didn’t just bring charisma and wit, but also treated us to their singing talents alongside brilliantly crafted (and occasionally wicked!) questions that kept everyone on their toes. You couldn’t ask for a better duo to kick off the festive season! From seasoned industry veterans to rising stars, everyone teamed up and battled it out across four exciting segments that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. We kicked off with Singapore Real Estate, where questions ranged from those everyone thought they knew to deep dives into history that let our veterans with encyclopaedic knowledge shine. Then came the Bonus Rounds, offering double points for double the difficulty and leaving teams sweating and strategizing. For those new to Singapore or visiting from out of town, the crash course provided a whirlwind lesson of Singapore real estate in just 10 questions. Finally, the Christmas Segment brought festive cheer, with the younger crowd stealing the show as they breezed through holiday movie trivia, carol lyrics — singing along — and all things Christmas. And after all the brain-bending fun, the champions emerged: Team Highballers, Hui Min Chan Kimberly Chew 周倩文, MCR Lynette Khoo, MBA Vivica F. Molly Greenslade Nanjun Hou powerhouse mix of young minds and seasoned veterans in the real estate line. That blend of fresh energy and deep experience proved unbeatable and crowned them winners! Different companies, different backgrounds — yet for one night, everyone came together as teammates, challengers, and friends. That’s the magic of ULI: building community through shared experiences. Here’s to more nights like this — where knowledge meets fun, and connections turn into friendships. Until next time, keep those trivia skills sharp and your festive spirit high!
