In support of the City of Minneapolis and ULI Minnesota, I was pleased recently to share research on the Uptown neighborhood and commercial district, with my colleague Carly Hanson. Thanks to our Systems Analysis and Policy team at SRF Consulting Group who assembled data to reveal foot traffic and multimodal transportation patterns (scooter usage shown), market activity and valuation, and other dynamics for the ULI technical assistance panel (TAP).
